Guangzhou-based Huamao Energy Technology Company plans to spend a total of RMB 1.64 billion establishing a copper indium/gallium selenide (CIGS) thin-film solar module project with total construction area of 32,000 square meters in Guangzhou’s Baiyun District, reports Solar PV of China.
